Lexie’s primary counseling methods are influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Her goal is to create a counseling space that promotes a safe and caring space for clients to grow in self-awareness, heal from past or present hurt, and equip them with the skills necessary for building healthier relationships with self and others.
